The Town of Carbonear have contracted a consultant to assist with completion of an Accessibility Plan which will consider a range of factors that can create barriers such as inaccessible infrastructure and non-inclusive policies and technologies. This plan, when developed, will help guide the Town in accessibility standards and inclusion practices. We want to hear from you! The 73rd Annual Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department Santa Claus Parade will be held on December 10, 2023. The parade will leave from the Carbonear Home Hardware parking lot at 1:00 PM. Anyone wishing to enter a float or group please message the department. Again this year the Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department will be having two Sensory Zones.
