An application has been received by Council to construct a shed at 23 Crossroads which will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot of 158 m^2. The maximum floor area is 81 m². Council has the discretion to approve a greater floor area where the property has at least 1400 m² of land that do not exceed a total lot coverage of 7%.
