27 Bemister’s Hill Discretionary Notice

An application has been received by Council to construct a greenhouse which will result in total floor area of accessory buildings of 145.04 m² at 27 Bemister’s Hill. The maximum floor area for a one storey accessory building is 81 m². Council has the discretion to approve a greater floor area where the property has at least 1400 m² of land that do not exceed a total lot coverage of 7%.
