Discretionary Development Proposal                                                                  

The Town is in receipt of an application to construct a garage at 10 Garland’s Lane. This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 101m2. The maximum floor area is 81m2 for a single storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area greater than the maximum, provided the lot size is greater than 1400m2 and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.
