Discretionary Development Proposal
The Town is in receipt of an application to complete an extension to the shed measuring 24.45m2 at 12 Southside Lower Road . This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 114.49 m2. The maximum floor area is 81m2 for a single storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum provided the lot size is greater than 1400m2 and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.
