Consultant Services – Municipal Recreation Master Plan
The Town of Carbonear is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the development of a Municipal Recreation Master Plan.
Copies of the RFP may be obtained at the Carbonear Town Hall, 256 Water Street, Carbonear, NL or by contacting the Town Office at 709-596-3831 or [email protected]
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes in accordance with instructions in the RFP and clearly marked:
“Proposal for Consultant Services – Municipal Recreation Master Plan”
and shall be delivered to the Town Council Office at: Town of Carbonear, 256 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1C5 on or before 15:30 hours, Thursday, February 16, 2022.
The lowest or any proposal is not necessarily accepted
