International Stuttering Awareness Day – Thursday, October 22, 2020
Today, Thursday, October 22nd, 2020 is International Stuttering Awareness Day.
The Town of Carbonear joins with the Newfoundland and Labrador Stuttering Association to raise awareness of stuttering, a poorly understood disorder that affects approximately 350,000 Canadians.
Mayor Butt signed the proclamation for the Tuesday, October 13th Town of Carbonear Council meeting.
