The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to operate a home based business (electrical company) from 4 Across the Doors. A home office will be located at 4 Across the Doors only and the business operation will take place at no specific address. This application is being considered as a discretionary use in a Residential Medium Density Zone.
