The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to operate a new business from the property of 15 Powell Drive. The proposed business will include administrative offices and marine vessel repair – commercial fishing and pleasure craft. The business operation will provide workshop support for larger projects and for small vessels that can fit inside. This application is being
considered as a General Industry use for Workshop in a Commercial General Zone.
