The Town office is still receiving reports of residents using sprinklers to water their lawns. The Town provided an updated Water Conservation Notice on Friday, August 8, 2025 informing residents that water levels at the water supply continue to decline and are below normal for this period of time.

“No person shall indiscriminately use water …”

Conservation measures are required to maintain essential water services.  During this period of water conservation, residents have been informed to cease watering lawns, using lawn sprinklers, and washing cars and these uses are therefore considered indiscriminate.

Properties that continue to use water in this manner may have their water to their property discontinued.

Everyone is asked to work together to reduce water consumption so we can continue to have water for essential services.
