Discretionary Use                                                   

The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to operate a Driveway Sealing business from 12 O’Driscoll’s Lane.  A home office will be located at 12 O’Driscoll’s Lane only and the business operation will take place at no specific address. This application is being considered as a discretionary use in a Residential Medium Zone.
