Discretionary Use                                                           

The Town has received a request to approve a total floor area for accessory buildings situate at 15 Discovery Place in a residential medium-density zone. This includes a two storey accessory building of 127.93m² and a 1 storey accessory building of 18.29m²  with the total floor area for accessory buildings of 146.22m² .  Council has the discretion to approve a greater floor area where the lot coverage does not exceed 7% and the property has at least 1400 m² of land.
