The Town of Carbonear apologize for the inconvenience to residents over the holiday season regarding issues with waste collection. Town Council and staff continue to communicate with the Eastern Regional Service Board (ERSB) concerning the collection issues. We understand that residents are frustrated and we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for your continued patience and cooperation during these waste collection delays.
