The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to operate a child care business from 10 Quarter’s Lane. This application is being considered as a discretionary use in a Residential Medium Density Zone. Anyone with objections or representations must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address to the Town of Carbonear no later than 2pm, Thursday, September 28, 2023.
