The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to renovate and change the use of an existing building at 56-58 Lemarchant Street, to operate an after school childcare program.  This application is being considered as a discretionary use for childcare in a Residential Medium Density Zone.      For further information on the application, please contact the Town Office at 709-596-3831 or by emailing [email protected].  Anyone with objections or representations must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address to the Town of Carbonear no later than 2 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2022 to:
