Discretionary Development Proposal
The Town is in receipt of an application to construct a shed on the property at 50 Pike’s Lane. This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 72m2. The maximum floor area is 50m2 for a two storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum provided the lot size is greater than 1400m2 and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.
