PUBLIC NOTICE

Discretionary Development Proposal                                                                   

The Town is in receipt of an application to construct a shed on the property at 50 Pike’s Lane.  This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 72m². The maximum floor area is 50m² for a two storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum provided the lot size is greater than 1400m² and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size. Anyone with objections or representations must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address to the Town of Carbonear no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
