Discretionary Development Proposal                                        

The Town is in receipt of an application to construct a shed measuring 15.5m² at 19 London Road. This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 110.2 m². The maximum floor area is 81m² for a single storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum provided the lot size is greater than 1400m² and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.
