PUBLIC NOTICE:  Discretionary Use                                                             

The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of a development application to change the use of 143 Columbus Drive from a motel and restaurant to office space and vaccinating centre.   This application is being considered as a discretionary use in a Commercial Highway Zone.

Anyone with objections or representations must submit them in writing no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 to:
