Discretionary Development Proposal
The Town is in receipt of an application to construct a shed measuring 11.1m2 at 4 Connolly’s Hill. This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 94.3m2. The maximum floor area is 81m2 for a single storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum provided the lot size is greater than 1400m2 and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.
