NOTICE OF SALE

The Town of Carbonear intends to sell a parcel of land at 41-43 Goff Avenue and a parcel of land at 45-47 Goff Avenue. This land was tendered for sale and the tender has closed. The Town intends to sell to the highest bidder for the purpose of economic development in accordance with Section 201.2 of the Municipalities Act.

This notice is being given in accordance with Section 201.2 (3) and (4) of the Municipalities Act.
