The Town will not be approving burning permits at this time for grass and other debris around properties. Residents are asked to refrain from such activity.

This measure is to help prevent our Volunteer Fire Department members from being placed at unnecessary risk during the uncertainty around COVID-19.

The Carbonear Volunteer Fire Department is committed to the protection of persons and property that they serve but we should also do our part to help protect them from interactions that can be avoided.
