Discretionary Development Proposal

                                                                             

The Town of Carbonear is in receipt of an application to construct a shed measuring 7.38m² at 147 Valley Road. This will result in a total floor area of all accessory buildings on the lot measuring 151.57m². The maximum floor area is 81m² for a single storey accessory building. Council has the discretion to approve a total floor area of greater than the maximum

provided the lot size is greater than 1400m² and the total lot coverage does not exceed 7% of the lot size.  For further information on the application, please contact the Town Office at 709-596-3831 or by emailing [email protected].
