Property owners are reminded that all Property, Water/Sewer and Business Tax are due and payable by the deadline indicated in the above pdf. Interest is charged monthly at a rate of 8.5% per annum on all unpaid balances after the due date. To avoid discontinuation of services for outstanding and prior taxes, please contact the town office to make satisfactory arrangements to pay the balance of your account.
The Interest Adjustment Policy: Property owners with a family income of less than $50,000 that are paying their taxes monthly are eligible for an interest adjustment upon completing the required application and providing necessary documentation.
