Powell Drive Street Upgrading Phase Two

The project consists of upgrades to the stormwater and street infrastructure in the Town of Carbonear.  Building upon the upgrades from Phase 1, completed in 2021, the scope of the project includes street widening to accommodate a centre turning lane, sidewalk on one side, and improved stormwater collection.

The scope of Phase 2 is between Goff Avenue and the bridge at Powell’s Brook.

You are invited to attend a virtual public consultation session.
The purpose of the virtual public consultation session is to share information about the Powell Drive Street Upgrading Phase Two project including scope of work and timeline.
