DESCRIPTION:Today\, April 28\, is marked nationally as the National Day of Mourning. The day is dedicated to remembering those who have lost their lives\, suffered injury or illness on the job\, or experienced a work-related tragedy.\n\n\nA plaque in memory of workers from the region who lost their lives through workplace accidents and industrial diseases can be found in the lobby of the Conception Bay Regional Community Centre as installed by the Baccalieu Trial & District Labour Council.
