DESCRIPTION:NOTICE \nOn Saturday September 21st\, 2019 it will be the 16th running of the annual Constable Sam Jeffers Memorial Ride from St. John’s to Carbonear/Freshwater via Whitbourne (Monty’s North Atlantic) and the New Harbour-Tilton barrens.
