YOGA CLASSES
Monday nights in the MP Room
6:45-7:45 - Beginners / Rejuvenation
8:00-9:00 - Intermediate.
Toning $8.00 per class for season registration or $10.00 drop in fee.
GENERAL SWIM PROGRAMS
Noon Swim: A mid-day swim, just perfect for the working individual to get a workout during their lunch break. We have four swim lanes available to do laps or simply relax in our Sauna!
50 + Swim: This is a quiet swim for those young at heart to enjoy the water at you own leisure.
General Swim: A great swim for individuals of all ages. Enjoy leisure swimming activities or make use of the one available lane for doing laps.
Recreational Swim: Enjoy a highly energetic swim and make use of our diving board, Tarzan rope, kiddies slide, and a variety of water toys. Please note that there will not be any lanes available.
Family Swim: This great family activity is designed for families to have fun together in an aquatic environment. Please note that children under the age of 19 must be accompanied by an adult.
Parent and Tots (5 & under): This swim is an excellent way to get your tot comfortable in the water and for parents to interact with each other in a fun atmosphere. Tots swim for free.
Special Needs Swim: This swim is tailored to any individuals with a disability. We have a newly installed hydraulic lift to assist patrons who have difficulty entering and exiting the pool.
Shallow Water Aerobics: A great way to increase your physical fitness while minimizing the impact on your joints. Taught by experienced instructors.
Pool Rentals: We offer a fifty minute swim and one hour in our newly renovated multi-purpose room. This is perfect for birthday parties or special group outings. Please contact us about bookings.
